Discount Dental plans are NOT insurance and are not intended to replace health insurance. These discount dental plans are NOT Qualified Health Plans under the Affordable Care Act. The range of discounts will vary depending on the plan, provider, service, and geographic location. The plans do not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers is available at our provider search or by calling 800-292-5948. Not all plans are available in all locations.
